Evretou Village is an old abandoned Turkish Cypriot village, which is located in the Paphos District of Cyprus. The village lies close to Loukournou, Filousa, Milou and Sarama Villages. The village is built on the banks of the Evretou Dam which supplied the village with water for consumption, irrigation of crops and for the village livestock.

The population of Evretou Village peaked in 1901 when 130 permanent residents were registered. The population fluctuated around this figure until the village was abandoned. The census of 2001 recorded only 5 permanent residents.

The old stone village built homes have fallen into disrepair and are mainly now ruins. The abandoned homes are used as shelter for the shepherds and fishermen.

The road which leads to the village is mainly a dirt track and a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended if planning a visit. A good vantage point to see the village is also possible from the Polis to Simou Village road. The road lies opposite the village on the other bank and a spectacular view of the village is available, as well as the length of the Evretou Dam.

The name of the village is believed to have come from the Greek words "Evre" "To", which means find it, a reference to the hidden village and the beauty of it's location.
