Banana Colada

1 measure White Rum

1/4 measure Batida De Cocos

1/4 measure Banana Liquer

Top up with Banana Juice

Shake

Pour into cocktail glass with ice

1 measure Metaxa brandy

1/3 measure Kahlua

Chocolate milk

Shake gently, then pour into cocktail glass with ice

Tequila Sunrise

I measure Tequila

Pour fresh orange juice into a cocktail glass with ice

Gently pour a dash of greneadine syrup

Give one whisk with a cocktail stick and watch the grenadine rise.

Pina Colada

1/2 measure of White Rum

1/2 measure od Batida de Cocos

Add pineapple juice

Pour into a shaker, shake then pour into cocktail glass with ice and decorations.

Special Ice Tea

1 Measure of each

Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Bacardi

Top up with soda and then add a dash of sour mix, a dash of lime and a dash of Blue Curacao

Stir and serve with slices of lemond and loads of ice.

Very strong, so you can use half the measures of the spirits.

Sex On The Beach

1 measure Vodka

I measure Peach Schnapps

Top up Wwth Orange Juice

Add a dash of Grenadine for colour

Note - This cocktail should actually be made with half Orange Juice and half Cranberry Juice, but most bars substitute the Cranberry Juice for the cheap Grenadine for colour.

Blue Lagoon

1 measure Vodka

7 UP

Dash of Lime

Dash of Blue Curacao

Kamikaze

1 part Vodka

1/2 part Triple Sec

1/2 part Lemon Juice - still

Swig of Lime Juice Cordial

Shake with ice, and pour into a whisky glass with ice

Melon Dream

1/3 shot White Rum

1/3 shot Melon Liquer

1/3 shot Batida de Cocos

splash of Peach Schnapps

spalsh of Blue Curacao

top up with orange juice

shake

Pour into a large cocktail glass half full with ice

Decorate the top of the glass with fruit

Cocktail stick and two straws
