Information for Cyprus Expats on applying for a Cyprus Alien Registration Certificate
European nationals that intend to stay longer than the non registration period of 3 months, or are intending to work, must complete registration procedures with the Immigration Department of the Police, and apply for an Aliens Registration Certificate.
This is a standard procedure and the certificate is issued automatically in most cases.
It is advisable to apply for the Residence Permit at the same time.
