Skoulli Village is located in the Paphos District of Cyprus and lied close to Choli, Goudi, Tera, Chrysochou and Karamoullides villages.

Skoulli Village was a mixed village with Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot residents. The Greek Cypriot population was always in the majority and by 1960, all the Turkish Cypriot residents had left the village.

The name of the village, according to legend, came from the Greek word Skoufi, which means a hood, in reference to the early settlers wearing hoods to protect them from the scorching sun.
